When will Sherlock start again?!?!

I am massive fan of Sherlock ( and Harry Potter but we will leave that for another time) and I just googled when the next series is to start and it's not going to happen until Christmas (2015) where there will be a Christmas special and series four will start after Christmas so the New Year (2016). And that's agessss!

This is so frustrating!! I cannot deal with that wait!

Yeah so that was my rant :) What is your favourite TV show/film and are you part of a fandom?

The British Weather And Other Thoughts

As I am writing this it is hailing and its May! Where is the sunshine? All day it has constantly been raining and raining. I swear the sun has gone on holiday! All I hope is that by the time my exams end that the sun is back so for the holidays.

I don't know what to write about now, I have just finished my revision for the day (although I will probably do more tonight). So I have question for you what is the weather like where you are? Also do you have any exams?

(N.B. If you want advice on exams see my post about exam stress etc.)

The hail is starting up again I feel like I'm in a pan of popcorn with the noise it is making. So now I am hungry :( I really don't now what to write about.

Feel free to comment :)

Bullies

Hi Guys!
In September I will be starting at college and so I will no longer be a private school girl. I'm moving no because I won't get the grades to continue but because of the people at my current school.

(From the film Wild Child) <3
True to the stereotype at my school there are the private school b****s  and unfortunately the leaders are in my house and study at school. I only saw their true colours at the end of prep school and by then it was too late as we and already been put in the same form in the Senior School. From the start of senior school onwards they made my life at school hell by isolating me from other people and leading to me not eating lunch at school throughout the first two years of senior school until I eventually told my parents. Now in year 11 I don't mix with them unless I have to and I try to keep my distance from them even if sometimes I have to spend time with them.

However I didn't help myself as I didn't tell my parents what was happening for a long time because I thought they would be mad at me for not eating lunch even though now I know that it was stupid to think that.

I still don't have many friends at my current school because of the girls spreading rumours to isolate me, some of which people still believe today. However my best friend out of school has stuck with me throughout and now we are even going to the same college together.

But don't get confused I'm not leaving my current school because those girls have forced me to, I am leaving because I don't want to mix with the other girls (and boys) in my year who believed their rumours, I don't want to stay at a school where even though my parents told the school they did nothing about it.

What happened made those girls seem weak and jealous and made me stronger and overall I am glad I went through that experience because I am closer with my parents, know how to deal with bullies and overall I now know that you will always come across people like that in your life but you just have to stand up for yourself because really inside those ''bullies'' are just cowards who put people down because they are jealous and are trying to make themselves seem bigger.

Feel free to comment about your own experiences and if you are going through something like this now remember that you are the bigger person and always tell your parents :)

Stress, Exam Revision and Exams In General (My View and Advice and Benedict Cumberbatch)

My GCSE exams have just started so obviously I am quite tired from doing a lot of revision but, however I don't feel stressed at all but this was not always the case even in the minor exams (yr 8 exams/mocks). Other girls in my study are having panic attacks before exams but I'm not. My view is that I have worked hard to do well in these exams for example I tried to do at least 6 hours revision a day in the Easter holidays.

Also I don't get it when people come out of the exams they are constantly worrying about it but my view is that I've done it now so it is out of my hands so there is no use spending the rest of the summer worrying about it. There are a couple of girls in my study who look up the answers after an exam which is the worst thing you can possibly do as if you have got it wrong then you now that, that is a mark you have lost and it will always be there at the back of your mind.

Another problem I have before exams is nervousness, my heart always starts to beat faster and my hands start to shake (not very good for a subject like English where you have to do a lot of writing) so what I do is at the start of the exam when I first take my seat is I take a couple of deep breaths and think about something reassuring like how proud my parents are of me, how much work I have done so far or my dog (because he is very cute).I also listen to my favourite soothing songs the night before or read one of my favourite books so I can relax.

But in my experience Exams aren't as bad as people make them out to be as long as you are prepared and believe in yourself.

Remember: YOU CAN DO IT!

(P.S. If you have any tips you use let me know in the comments)
